It is so hard to lose a dear pet who is your best friend and definitely a part of your family

It is so hard to lose a dear pet who is your best friend and definitely a part of your family. It’s also difficult to honor that relationship and offer meaningful support and thoughtfulness. My sister lost 2 of these dear friends within months of each other. I chose each of their initials between a heart charm as a symbol of her deep love. When she received it she texted me “I’m wearing it and somehow I feel more whole” Van and Canela were so special and I’m so glad this beautiful charm necklace gave her a little peace.

This heart is adorable. I had it put it in between two other charms. The heart makes the necklace.
